4 year old iPad mini and I cannot install iOS 10 or above. Device states I have the latest s/w update at 9.3.5. I followed the apple instructions to erase latest update but the menu options do not match the instructions. How do I bypass the 9.3.5 update to retrieve and install iOS 10 or higher? Storage 11.2G available. Capacity is 12.7G so minimal installed on this iPad.
