My resting heart rate is 42-46. Most of the time I workout I am either running or teaching a spin class. My watch does not register my activities as true minutes. It also varies in calories burned from the machine I am working out on by sometimes as much as 70 calories. Is this because my heart rate is so low? Is there a way to calibrate the watch to my actual health stats?
