Scrabble

I want to be able to play Scrabble with a friend without going through an app that plugs into Facebook, on my Mac. Any recommendations or thoughts on how to do this?

Scrabble connection to internet Can anyone advise on a problem I have in connecting to the internet on one specific program on my iPad, that being Scrabble. I am told that I cannot connect and this may result in "reduced functionality". I don't really want to be connected to the internet for Scrabble play: I prefer to use the iPad as a board that gets passed from player to player. Any ideas?

There is the version for phones and then there is this one, but not for computers.

Scrabble has been issued by a new distributor since mid-2020 and has had mixed reviews (and here too).

There are similar word games on the Mac App store for you to investigate.
