Does the Photos Library in IMovie take up storage?

Does the Photos Library in IMovie take up storage? I'm trying to figure out why I have no storage left, and under Manage data, it says that under Documents there is 56GB, so I clicked File Browser, and Shows 55GB under Movies, and when I opened that up, it said those 55GB were coming from iMovie Library. And when I opened iMovie Library, all I have is Photots, All Events, and then iMovie Library, which when I click open, there is only one event listed because I deleted all my other events. So I'm wondering if those 55GB of storage is from the Photos Library being there? Because if not, I don't know why It takes up so much space? Because I've tried my best to clear up my iMovie, and under my Projects I literally only have one that I'm working on.
