Good day sir/maam. I have an iPhone 6plus that just went off. Went to apple store yesterday here in the Philiippines and the person said just connect it to iTunes. I am doing it right now and there is a message that says contacting iPhone update

Good day sir/maam. I have an iPhone 6plus that just went off. Went to apple store yesterday here in the Philiippines and the person said just connect it to iTunes. I am doing it right now and there is a message that says contacting iPhone update software for almost an hour.
