Answering phone and hanging up phone hands free

Is there a way to answer my phone and hangup without touching it at all. There are many times when my hands are so filthy (with work stuff) that I can't make the phone feel my fingers trying to answer - also not so good for the phone. Is there a way of answering with just the voice? Is there an app I can have installed to achieve this?

I have hearing aides and they are hooked up to the phone with blue tooth, so I can hear what's happening really easily. Just can't start and stop it!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you want to be able to answer your iPhone calls hands-free. We can certainly provide some information to help.

While the option to answer calls with your voice isn't available you can change your settings to have your device automatically answer incoming calls. You can do that in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing > Auto-Answer Calls. This would rely on the other party ending the call on their end.
