Iphone making weird noise

I was hearing noises and I realised it was coming from my phone, it’s a loud static/sizzling sound and I can only hear it loud and clearly when I put my ear next to my back camera but no where else. Should I be worried?

I was leaving a voicemail and suddenly heard an ear piercing noise that was so loud it made me toss it in the car seat and I cursed! It was very painful and loud enough to cause ear damage. My iPhone keeps making a weird noise My iPhone keeps making a weird noise. Sort of sounds like a noise an Apple laptop would make. I’ve checked my settings and everything, trust me. It happened a few times today when it was on silent AND do not disturb mode. I started screen recording just to see if I could capture it and I did! There is even an additional sound I hear looking back at the recording..so weird….Not sure if I can upload video onto this but if anyone can help me out I’m willing to email it. It’s just starting to bug me so much I don’t know what it could be!
