Hi jessenair28,

Unfortunately, because Find My Mac was disabled, there is no way to track your Mac.

If you believe that your Mac may be stolen, I recommend contacting law enforcement and filing a police report that contains the serial number of your Mac, along of the model and year of manufacture. If the Mac was signed into your Apple ID, you can find this info by signing into your Apple ID here: https://appleid.apple.com

Don’t remove it from your account.

If your Mac has the T2 Security Chip or the M1 Chip, your Mac includes an anti-theft feature called Activation Lock. Although it’s only supposed to turn on when Find My Mac is enabled; hopefully it’s already enabled on your Mac - if so, your Mac is bricked for everyone except you.

Removing the Mac from your Apple ID is guaranteed to disable Activation Lock, which would not be good.
