Iphone 7 raise to wake isnt working

My iphone7 raise to wake and screen rotation arent working after the update of ios 13.6 itried updatibg to ios 14 but its still the same can you please recommend a solution?

If you need to unlock your iPhone X or later, swipe up from the bottom of your screen. On iPhone 8 or earlier, press the Home button. If you don't do anything, your iPhone will go back to sleep. To turn Raise to Wake on or off, go to Settings > Display & Brightness.
