Raise to wake function

If you need to unlock your iPhone X or later, swipe up from the bottom of your screen. On iPhone 8 or earlier, press the Home button. If you don't do anything, your iPhone will go back to sleep. To turn Raise to Wake on or off, go to Settings > Display & Brightness.

I'm having the same issue on my iPad Mini 5 with 14.7.1. Never had this problem before.

Same here. My Apple Watch got updated today and raise to wake also doesn’t work.
