I feel the charging of my iPhone 11 Pro Max is slow when charged through standard charger. But the charging is faster when I connect phone to Mac Book

Is it normal that charging is slow with standard iPhone charger for 11 Pro Max

Why is charging iPhone 11 pro Max through computer is slow? I have an iPhone 11 pro max and usually when I charge it through an electrical outlet with the adapter it came with the phone charges fast. When I connect it to a computer it charges very slow, is this normal?
