Only one of my airpods are working

How do i fix this?

A few weeks ago, only one of my airpods (the right one) were working as i connected them to my phone (6s+) i tried disconnecting and then connecting again numerous times. It kept having the same problem. As the days pass, it started to alternate at times, it would switch to the left ear but then back. So i knew there was nothing wrong with the sound balance setting in accessiblity. I tried “resetting” my airpods twice, didnt work either.

So, i really need help. Anyone here to help after 3 years :))
