iPhone 8 Plus making violent buzz

I dropped my iPhone recently and ever since, anytime I press the home button or hold down an app, heart a tweet, or get a notification, my phone violently buzzes. It sounds almost creaky like and it’s been really bothering me, is there anyway I can make it stop?
