Restrictions on apps.

I can’t open my Files app, because, for some reason, it has restrictions on it. I have tried every option, but none of them have worked. Can you please help me?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Do you have an iPhone provided by your employer? Their organizational policies could inhibit you from using iCloud files.
