Have downloaded an album from Amazon. Have moved it into itunes and it is definitely there with my other music. However, itunes cannot see it.
What's the solution? The reason I used Amazon was that itunes store did not have this album.

Hi CrispinDry,
We'd love to assist you with resolving your missing music concern. First, can you tell us what you mean by it being there, but iTunes cannot see it? Is the song in the library, but greyed out? Does it show an error when you try to play it?
Also, let's complete the steps listed here: If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library to try to resolve the issue.
Take care!
Hi Eric-F
If you go into Windows music and click onto itunes music you eventually come to a list of music in itunes. The album purchased from amazon is definitely there. If you then open itunes it is not there. Also, I have been through the steps you suggested in "If songs are misssing.." and they don't resolve the issue.
Regards
Hello CrispinDry,
Thanks for the information. We'd recommend completing the steps listed here: Add Purchased Music to iTunes provided by Amazon to import the music into iTunes.
Have a great day!
Hello Moon J.
Thank you for the solution. I would never have thought of looking in Amazon for the solution.
Kindest regards
