I have not received a refund

I subscribed by mistake to a package including a month of Apple Music, Apple TV, and iCloud for 11.95 euros. However, I immediately canceled my subscription and asked for a refund. I received a letter that my request was approved and the money will be returned. I waited for a week. And I only got 48 cents... Are you kidding me? What do I suppose to do? Help me.
