Macbook Pro - Pcie Chassis no power via thunderbolt

Hi, I unplugged my daily devices from my thunderbolt ports last night to use my MacBook pro 16 (Big Sur) away fro my desk.

I returned to my desk this morning and plugged devices back into the thunderbolt ports.

2 of those devices have no power running to them now and hence no connection -

PCIe Chassis directly into a port and a music keyboard via a USB hub,

All 3 USB hubs I use show up in system report and one of those hubs is plugged into the PCIe chassis as an extension but there is no mention of the PCIe chassis or music keyboard.

The chassis and music keyboard have been in use with this MacBook pro 16 for nearly a year with no problems.

The Chassis and music keyboard don't show up in finder windows (side bar).

Anyone have any ideas please ?

Solved - The issue was with the chassis itself
