Do all Apple Watch has international replacement warranty?

Am an Indian working in Oman and wants to buy an Apple Watch series 6 GPS + Cellular from Dubai as the cellular version is not available in Oman. My question is do I get international replacement warranty?

I heard that I will get international service warranty but replacement warranty is available only the same region that it buy from. Is that true?
