Apple Pay balance on stolen phone

I had 500.00$ of credit on my Apple Pay , on a phone that was stolen/missing. I have deactivated that phone and blocked the IMEI number in it, so no matter what SIM card gets put it that phone will never work. How can I retrieve that balance from my Apple Pay?

The balance isn't "on" the phone, it is on Apple's main servers and accessible via your Apple ID.

The money should still be attached to your Apple ID. You need an iPhone with that same Apple ID to access it.
