iPhone 12 pro memoji and memoji sticker in messages not working with iOS 14.3

I just bought a new iPhone 12 pro a few days ago and I updated the os version from iOS 14.2 or 14.2.1 (whatever the default os version was installed by Apple) and I was trying to create memojis but I noticed that memoji button is not opening the section where we can see the in-build memojis or we can create a new one. In addition to that I tried to use memoji stickers that is also not working and I tried to see the frequently used memojis from emojis by swiping right but over there I pressed button with 3 dots and tried to open it but It doesn't work. I guess it is for seeing the other memojis. Overall, the momojis functionality is not working in messages app. Because my friend using the same phone and fortunately, he didn't update the os version 14.3 on his phone and it works fine for him. In addition, I tried the iOS 14.3 on iPhone 7 Plus where I can't find any issues. So, is this the issue that only occurs on the iPhone 12 pro with iOS 14.3?
