iPhone fell and broke

My iPhone X fell from my hand and the top part of the screen came out a little bit. Is this something that requires me to change my phone and is it something I should worry about? The screen is working just fine sometimes it glitches but other times it’s fine

I would recommend you have it repaired or replace the device. Any exposure to internal components could cause additional damage to the device and cause it to become more defective.
