I have two phone lines on my iPhone. If I am on my second line with a company and they send a verification code to that line, I am unable to get it unless I hang up with that call/company. How can I get the code needed and still remain on the call?

We see you have a Dual-SIM equipped iPhone, and when on a phone call on your second line, a verification code does not come through unless you hang up.
Depending on a number of factors including how your carriers support for dual-SIM cellular data and how your lines are set up, this can be expected behavior.
To aid us in isolating the issue, are you using an iPhone with a an eSIM or two physical SIM cards? There are different requirements depending on the type of SIM setup you have.
