how do I connect to itunes to unlock my phone

my phone is disabled and I can't figure out how to unlock it

As the prompt is telling you, you will need to connect this phone to either a Mac or PC that has iTunes installed to perform the restore in order for you to unlock your phone. If you don't have either available, I suggest asking a friend or relative to borrow theirs ... or, alternatively, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to assist you with this.
