How do I get these older "Seagate" Drives to work on my computer again? I am running a Mac with macOS Catalina.
Can anyone help? Computer is filled up and I need to get some stuff off of it. Thank you in advance.

You are likely trying to use the seagate's included disk management app on the drive which does not work because it is 32 bit. Use your MacOS Disk Utility to manage the drive rather than trying to use seagate's 32 bit app.
Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, swalston100!
We understand you need to use external drives with your MacBook Pro, but they are not working. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
Try the steps in the following article: Use external storage devices with Mac
Since you came from the article for 32-bit apps, do you happen to have these setup with the software that came with them? The apps should still work just fine within macOS Catalina.
Let us know any other information you can provide so we may help.
Have a great day!
