I have an apple watch series one which was working with iPhone XR. I unpaired it to set it up for my son. But now I am able to pair it again. I am getting an error msg saying "Setting up for a family member requires a GPS+ Cellular Apple Watch Series 4 or later that is running watchOS 7.0 or later". Can you please help me to resolve it?
If the watch is a series 1 and you need a series 4 to setup a family member's watch, then then is nothing that can be resolved. There is a hardware incompatibility. See the "What you need" section in:
