I have used my Magic Mouse 2 with my iPad Pro before and the FAQ article even states this can be done on iPhones as well. Yet, when I follow the instructions (Accessibility, touch, devices, etc), my iPhone won’t even see the mouse.
a bit far from apple’s signature “just works” so I have no choice but to ask.
what am I missing?

It sucks I have an iPhone 12 Pro and I seen videos saying I could connect it I bought one and it won’t connect Apple support said it’s not supported but the mouse works on my wife’s android phone smh I can’t find anything saying it won’t work just how to connect it but nothing has worked
Exactly the same issue except that I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max (running iOS 14.3) - Not discoverable. No luck pairing with Trackpad either.
In comparison, no problem whatsoever pairing MM2 and Trackpad with my iPad Pro.
Frustrating...
