Since I used iPhone11, this problem occurred.
Tried to delete my account, still no use.
Please let me know how can I remove this icon/symbol, thanks!!

Oh right!! I just found out I accidentally blocked myself. Now the No sign is gone, thank you.
Aries, please go to Settings > Mail > Blocked (under Threading)
Then you will see a list,
When you find your contact information there, you can choose unblock.
