Is Checkout broken on apple.com paying with the apple card?

I'm trying to buy an iPhone and have chosen the Apple Card Monthly Installments option. I'm unable place my order, it is not going past the page that has the blue button 'Place Your Order'. I've clicked on it multiple time and have had no response. I'm able to make payments using the Apple card and have activated it. I've even called their support, they send an email with the order and have had the same experience. Has anyone faced the same issue?
