"Now Playing" in Control Center show media from another Mac OS user

The Control Center shows media that is open under another user. For example, the title of a YouTube video that is open in Chrome, or a QuickTime video that is open under another user can be seen in Now Playing.

I don't want this kind of visibility between different users. It should be private. How can I prevent this from happening, and if it cannot happen, can I remove the "Now Playing" from the Control Center? The Dock & Menu Bar preferences does not allow you to disable "Now Playing".

I'm seeing the same issue, Minecraft video on YouTube in Chrome from my kid's user profile.

I don't need Finder menu Control Center prompting me to play videos from my browser, or another user's browser. Why would I ever go to my menubar to start playing some video in Chrome?

Now Playing does not belong with hardware and utility controls for Display, Keyboard, Sound, WiFi, AirDrop and Do Not Disturb in the first place. The fact that it cannot be disabled, or controlled, and occupies a prominent location with a useless feature that nobody asked for, is just lousy software design.

Just let us turn the dumb thing off - problem solved. Besides, it doesn't even show the most recent thing playing!
