Functionality Apple Watch SE 44mm GPS (not GPS & Cellular)

I don't yet have this product. I want a watch that will connect via Bluetooth to my Jaybird ear buds. I want to know if I can store music on the Apple watch so that i don't need to have my phone strapped to my arm. Thanks

Apple Watch Are you able to stream music directly off Apple Watch SE gps version? I’ve seen some say you can’t and can. I have songs downloaded onto my watch already and when I go to press play it only gives me the ability to connect to AirPods or play off phone.

Spotify Can I play music from Spotify on my Bluetooth headphones from the watch? I want to leave my phone at home when I go for a run. I just got the Apple Watch 5 with cellular and I set it up correctly.

Yes the watch will do both those things.
