Hi all,
I have recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro as my iPhone X stopped working and I was unable to do a final backup. Is there a way that I could retrieve the photos in my Hidden folder? I only have the 5GB of iCloud storage which has been upgraded since 2017 so that doesn't seem to be on option for retrieval. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You do not have a backup file on your computer or on iCloud. The actual files are on your iPhone X. This means that the only place to restore those photos are from your iPhone X. There are no other options.
