Top portion of screen not working.

I’ve got an IPhone XR and ever since I updated to IOS 14.3 (18C66) the top part of my screen has stopped responding to touch inputs. Really annoying. Would love a solution. tried soft resets still persists. Would be willing to do a backup and restore but a backup to iTunes doesn’t save all of your data and I kinda want all of my data saved. Thanks in advance!
