* Is it made in 2020?

It seems that your iPod is the latest model (being the 7th generation at the time that I'm typing this), I believe it's still being made since it's not discontinued.

That is the most recent version of the iPod Touch. It was released in May 2019, an could be manufactured on any date from May 2019, til now.
