My display have an issue.. distorted or blurred

What I can do on this problem

it suddenly appears without any problems before !!

so please replay to me what you can do for this problem to get it back normal

display distortion Help! My display suddenly looks like this - color distortion, weird "box" in the middle of the screen. I have restarted several times, refreshed PRAM, did a display calibration, and other things I could find but nothing seems to help. Diagnostics found nothing wrong.
