Refund

I order AirPods and I just canceled the order but it still took the money out my question is why did it still take the money out when it said processing and it said we haven’t billed you yet?

Charged for AirPods Pro, but the order did not go through. I think that is a question you will have to ask to Apple Support. This is a user forum where fellow users help you out. We are not able to look into your transactions with Apple.
