SIM card VODAFONE doesn’t work

Hello!

I live in Italy. I bought a new SIM card (Vodafone Italia), but it doesn’t work. This SIM card is activated and works with other phones. And also other SIM cards (TIM, Kena mobile) work with my phone. But when I put this new Vodafone SIM card it always says “No Service”. I went to the Vodafone service center, they checked the sim and told me it’s something with my phone, because the sim works good with other phones.

Maybe something is wrong with my settings or the operator is blocked on my phone? What I have to do?
