Disable Apple Music

Hi!

I'm facing an issue that I cannot disable / remove Apple Music completely from my system.

Moreover, Apple Music starts with welcome screen whenever headphones send play/pause signal.

I tried removing Music.app from /System/…, but even with `root` got nothing :(

Can you please point me to a documentation which will help me to remove unnecessary apps?
