Why won't my iPad or iPhone download shows within the Showtime Anytime app?

I am unable to download shows from the Showtime Anytime app onto my iPhone or iPad. When I go into the app, there is an option to download shows (I'm trying to download episodes of "Your Honor" to watch while I travel). I tap on "download" and then it goes into a queue but the status circle never moves. It has been stuck at 0% for hours.

I have fast internet (340MB I just ran a speed test). I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. This is happening on both my iPhone 11 Pro and my iPad.

Any ideas?
