trying to verify the listings for my apple maps connect accounts , no one ever calls to verify my phone number hence my listing cant go live ,
We are end users like you and cannot fix this. I've searched for an Apple article on the subject and cannot find one.
If the "Report an Issue...." menu item does not get it resolved, you will need to call Apple Support:
I reported incorrect and mixed-up street names in our neighborhood several years ago. Took them a while.
I have no idea how Apple works with businesses' Map issues and can find no additional information on the Apple site that will help either of us understand.
