Wireless Trackball Mouse compatible with Macbook Pro (2020)

I'm a huge fan of the Logitec wireless trackball mouse. Sadly its bluetooth USB-A receiver is not compatible with the new Mac Thunderbolt portal. An adapter is too bulky. Anyone know of a compatible trackball model?

Or maybe Logitec could offer updated options for the receiver!?

Logitech M720 Mouse not recognized on late 2016 MacBook Pro running Monterey I can't see my Logitech M720 Mouse among the bluetooth devices on my Macbook Pro. The mouse works with the USB dongle, but I want to be able to use the mouse via bluetooth. Can this be done?
