who is an authorized reseller?

Our company issues iPads to each salesman on the team and in order to use the MDM we chose, we must have the reseller ID in order for them to automatically hit our account.

We want the iPads to automatically update as they are turned on and in range of Wifi.

From what I have found, not very many people know about their Reseller ID. Is this because they aren't an authorized reseller or is this because I need to speak with their management to acquire?

Does anyone have a list of known Authorized Resellers who can provide their Reseller ID?
