White silicone case

I got my white silicone case about a week ago and it’s already so dirty and yellow

Phone case stained after less than 24 hours i bought an otter box lumen series phone case for $79.95. It’s bright orange around the sides and clear on the back. In less than a day of using it I noticed the orange part on the sides had gone black. I tried cleaning it with warm soapy water but it wouldn’t come off. I immediately put it back in its box and I’m wondering if I can return it since I am very unhappy with the product after only using it for a day.

Yellowish Cover I bought a case at the apple store, and it's yellowing on the sides, but I threw the box away. I wanted to know if they exchange it for another one, because it doesn't even have five days of use.

Wipe it down with a damp cloth?

Stop using hand lotion which may be the cause?

Best bet would be contact the store you purchased it from and return it for a refund.
