Hi, I bought a pair of Apple AirPods Pro, but found out that they are gernic. I still want to use them. I’m trying to connect them. When I do I get no volume. Please help. Please and thank you

What do you mean "generic"? Do you mean "counterfeit"?
Return them.
If you can't or don't want to do that, then find out who made them and contact them for support.

If you bought fake airpods they should still connect to bluetooth so get a refund
Thats too much for fakes and too little for genuine.
I have a pair of Letscom T12 for $30 and although not sold as airpods (ie not fakes) they have most of the features, no idea about sound quality .
Everything on them say Apple but doesn’t work. The box shows Apple. Inside the case says Apple and everything.

I paid $100. I got a hold of the guy I bought them from and told him I couldn’t get them to work. So he sent me a new pair.
Yes u are right. So my husband got them to work on his phone with no problem. Sounds great on his phone. The only difference is I have the Apple Watch. Still trying to figure that out.
So the new information is that they worked on your husbands phone but not on yours?
Were they unpaired from his phone before you tried on yours?
I gave him the new pair that the guy sent me. We even tried them on my son phone. And he has a Apple Watch too. And they won’t work on him phone either.
