Why does my old passcode keep being unrecognized?
Why doesn't it recognize my "old" passcode which is correct but it tells me it isn't and is blocking me from icloud.

You will probably need to reset it.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Or password?
For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
