My phone is constantly freezing and I can’t use it until it die and I charge it up.

Iphone 14 pro freezing 2 week old I phone 14 phone IOS 16.5 completely frozen durning charging. Totally frozen ! I was able to get it operating again by doing a hard restart. What has happened to Apple, to many people working from home? Do they actually know that this issue exists? Apparently all the users do. This is unacceptable from Apple, a brand top of the line phone that has a known issue. I'm thinking of returning it to Verizon and trying another phone. Please help, I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks

phone freezing wondering if anyone in the last week has had an issue with the iPhone 11 freezing up then restarting itself? Its happened to me 2x now. All software is up to date.

Yes but I can’t even do that like the phone is working at the very moment but it’ll start going out again.
