First day with new Iphone ... and this is result

Today I picked-up my new iPhone 12 Pro from a local dealer (MediaWorld or MediaMarkt for other countries), when I came back at home and opened my beautiful box, this is been my biggest gift .... neither 1 day old and it's already peeled from factory. Thanks Apple.

There were a "special deals" in store (discount at 999€ from 1189€), so if I return it, I will have my money back but I will lose my discount.

Do I have any chance with Apple warranty?
