I have to verify email address to set up apple id

I mess-up the whole computer and now I do not get my email A message says verify your email address to finish setting up your apple ID also 2nd question is enter your password for **** in internet accounts. Please help I am old and frustrated

Change Apple ID email address I'm attempting to update my apple ID email address when doing so I'm receiving the following validation message "This email address is not available. Choose a different address.". However, when I try to login with the email address that's supposedly not available I'm receiving the following validation message "You do not have an Apple ID" Any ideas? Many thanks in advance

I have tried to email address and password but it still doesn’t work I couldn’t verify my new iCloud in my account I have open a new Apple ID with Neil email address after I sign in to iCloud they’re asking me to verify email address so I cannot sign into Gmail account to verify my email address I don’t know what to do can you please help me with

Apple ID - Password/Security Questions verification e-mail not received.

For the 2nd question, go to System Preferences/Internet Accounts to enter the password.
