Gray and White vertical lines

My iphone11 just popped up gray, white and green vertical lines while it was sitting on the charger. I have turned it off and on, reset it and it has not been dropped or had water damage. Help! I still owe money on the phone through my phone carrier and really would like to fix this and not have to spend tons of money on a nee phone. TIA
