Has anyone used Sandmarc lenses on iPhone 11 Pro Max?

Has anyone used Sandmarc lenses on iPhone 11 Pro Max? I am having a problem. The camera picks up the back of the lens, not the object.

iPhone 11 Pro Max .5 and 2x cameras don't work after last update. Has anyone had success getting their iPhone camera lenses to work properly – – is this intentional software programming so that we have to buy a new iPhone? What's going on here. I can switch to the lenses in pano mode and time-lapse, so I know the lenses are working. But the option to use these other lenses has disappeared from all other camera modes.

12 pro max camera lens So I don’t know if the lines are from the software or actual phone problem? Is this common with the new 12 pro max ? The lines seem to appear in very low light. The older phones never performed like this.
