My iPhone 11 is acting real strange and battery is draining fast how can I find out if someone is spying on me or hacking my phone without me knowing? And is there a way to find out who they are or where there doing this from ??!!

Hmm, short battery life is probably not a symptom of hacking. Try these steps for short battery life:
1) Have you tried a restart? If not, do it now.
2) Go to Setting > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.
3) Check “Battery Health” in the link:

4) If all else fails, consider a battery replacement:
